Terms and Conditions

Services Provided:
The Babysitter agrees to provide babysitting services for the Parent/Guardian's child(ren) in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Babysitter agrees to:

• Provide care and supervision for the child(ren).

• Prepare meals and snacks as necessary.

• Engage the child(ren) in age-appropriate activities.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the child(ren) at all times.

• Follow specific instructions provided by the Parent/Guardian regarding the care of the child(ren).

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:
The Parent/Guardian agrees to:

• Provide all necessary information regarding the child(ren)'s needs, routines, and emergency contacts.

• Supply any required items such as food, diapers, and medications.

• Inform the Babysitter in advance of any changes to the schedule or special instructions.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency, the Babysitter will contact the Parent/Guardian immediately. If the Parent/Guardian is unreachable, the Babysitter is authorized to seek emergency medical treatment for the child(ren).

Payment Terms For Weekly Rate:
A deposit of 10% must be paid upfront, with the remaining 90% due upon completion of the service period.

Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a minimum of 3 days' notice. Immediate termination may occur in the event of a breach of any terms in this Agreement.

Confidentiality:
The Babysitter agrees to keep all information about the child(ren) and the family confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without explicit permission.

Limitations of Care:
The Babysitter is not equipped to take care of children who require special care or constant medical attention.
